
Our Story
Born in Phang Nga, a coastal province in Southern Thailand, our chef and owner grew up surrounded by the aromas and flavors of her grandmother’s kitchen — a beloved local chef who ran a small-town restaurant filled with love and laughter. From a young age, she learned to cook by her grandmother’s side, absorbing not just recipes but the heart and soul of Thai home cooking.
After moving to the United States in 2016 with her family, she realized how difficult it was to find the true taste of home — the balance, warmth, and authenticity of real Thai food. That longing became her inspiration. Through Neeya Thai Kitchen, she now shares the flavors of her childhood and the spirit of Southern Thailand, lovingly crafted for everyone in America to enjoy.

KHAO SOI CHICKEN
